Full Throttle Weekend

The Pit Stop Nobody Wants to Take

(But Every Business Secretly Needs)

A high-touch, high-speed intensive for building the system behind your marketing. Three days. One system. Every piece of your marketing — strategy, content, AI workflows — built and ready to run. This isn't a setback. It's a strategic reset for full speed ahead.

Most Small Business Marketing Isn't Bad. It's Absent.

71%
Most SMBs don't have a documented marketing strategy.
They have a social media account and a prayer. That's not a strategy — that's a lottery ticket with worse odds.
$4.7K
The average small business spends $4,700/month on marketing with no measurable system.
Monthly retainers buy you meetings, not results. You're renting someone else's attention when you should own your own infrastructure.
14hrs
Business owners spend 14+ hours a week on marketing tasks they didn't train for.
That's a part-time job you didn't apply for, don't enjoy, and aren't qualified to do. The math doesn't work and neither does the content.

Three Phases. Zero Filler.

Each phase is designed to produce something specific. You don't watch presentations. You build.

Phase 01 — Pre-Work

Before You Arrive

Two weeks before the weekend, you complete a guided diagnostic that maps your current marketing, identifies your actual audience segments, and surfaces the gaps. This isn't a questionnaire — it's the foundation we build on. You arrive with clarity, not confusion.

Phase 02 — The Weekend

72 Hours of Focused Build

Friday evening through Sunday afternoon. We construct your full marketing system: positioning, messaging architecture, content calendar, 90 days of drafted content, AI-assisted production workflows, and the automation that keeps it all running without you babysitting it every Tuesday.

Phase 03 — What You Leave With

A System, Not a Binder

You walk out with everything documented, built, and ready to execute. Not a strategy deck that collects dust — a functioning system with templates, workflows, and AI tools configured for your specific business. Plus post-weekend support to handle the inevitable "wait, how do I..." moments.

Five Outputs You Can Use Monday Morning

A complete brand messaging architecture — positioning statement, value propositions, audience personas, and a voice guide specific enough that anyone on your team (or any AI tool) can write in your voice without guessing.
A 12-month content calendar with topic clusters, keyword targets, and format assignments mapped to each stage of your customer's buying process — not a vague editorial calendar with "post something inspirational" on Wednesdays.
Ninety days of drafted, reviewed, and ready-to-schedule content — blog posts, email sequences, social media copy, and ad variations — produced during the weekend using AI workflows you'll own and operate going forward.
A configured AI marketing toolkit — custom GPT prompts, content production workflows, and automation sequences connected to your actual tools (email platform, CMS, social scheduler) so the system runs without constant manual input.
A 90-day execution roadmap with weekly priorities, KPI benchmarks, and a decision framework for when to create, when to automate, and when to hire — so you stop reacting and start operating with a plan.

Honest Qualifications

You're Ready If

→ You run a business that's actually making money and you're tired of marketing being the thing that doesn't scale with it.
→ You've tried agencies, freelancers, or doing it yourself — and none of those produced a system you could rely on past 90 days.
→ You're willing to spend a weekend doing focused, unglamorous work because you understand that's how real infrastructure gets built.
→ You want to use AI tools but you need someone to show you how they fit your business specifically — not a generic webinar about ChatGPT prompts.
→ You can commit 72 hours and the investment without needing to ask your accountant for permission you won't take anyway.

This Is Not For You If

✕ You're looking for a motivational experience. This is a build session. The only thing you'll feel inspired by is having your work actually done.
✕ You don't have a product or service that's already generating revenue. This is for existing businesses, not pre-launch ideas looking for validation.
✕ You want someone to run your marketing for you. We build the system with you so you can run it — or hand it to someone who can. This is not an outsourcing arrangement.

A typical SMB marketing retainer costs $2,500–$5,000 per month. That's $30,000–$60,000 a year for work that often lacks documentation, ownership, or a system you can operate independently. The Full Throttle Weekend costs less than two months of that retainer — and you own every output, every template, and every workflow when you leave. The weekend builds the machine, but the 90-day support tier is where the owner learns to actually drive it under real conditions. That tier produces better outcomes, stronger case studies, and fewer "I loved it but didn't implement it" situations.

Straight Answers

The Full Throttle Weekend is a 72-hour intensive for small business owners. It covers AI-assisted marketing strategy, content production, and workflow automation. You arrive Friday evening and leave Sunday with a full year of marketing built. It's held in Florida, the location rotates, and it's capped at a small number of businesses per cohort so the work stays focused.
No formal marketing background required. You need to know your business, your customers, and be willing to sit in a room and do the work. We handle the frameworks and the tech. You bring the knowledge of what you actually sell and who you sell it to. That's a fair trade.
We work with the tools that are best for your specific use case — which changes. Currently that includes GPT-4, Claude, Midjourney, and a handful of workflow automation platforms. You will not be locked into any single vendor. The system is tool-agnostic by design, because any tool that matters today might be irrelevant in six months. We teach the method, not the menu.
Yes. The Full Send tier includes a second seat for a co-founder or key team member. The Redline tier accommodates up to three. Additional seats can be discussed during the application process. In most cases, having a second person from your operation accelerates the work and makes the system stick faster once you're back in the office.
You leave with a complete marketing system — strategy, content calendar, 90 days of drafted content, and AI workflows you can run yourself. Depending on your tier, you also get 30, 60, or 90 days of post-weekend support to handle the questions that come up once you start executing. The Redline tier includes quarterly check-ins for the first full year. The goal is that you don't need us after that. If you do, we had a bad weekend.

Get on the List

When the next cohort opens, the list hears first. No pitch, no 47-email nurture sequence.

No pitch. No pressure. First to know when dates open.

You're on the list. When dates open, you'll hear about them before anyone else.

Stop Improvising. Start Operating.

One weekend. A full year of marketing. Everything you need to stop winging it and start running a system that works while you run your business.
