Omma uses a credit-based system with subscription billing.
Understanding Credits#
Credits are the currency of AI operations in Omma. Every AI-powered action — from chat messages to image generation — consumes credits.
How Credits Are Calculated#
Credits are calculated based on:
- AI usage — Input and output from AI interactions in Chat and Canvas (more capable models and higher reasoning effort cost more)
- Generation costs — Image, video, 3D, material, and audio generation in Studio
- Processing — Optimization steps (like 3D mesh compression) are included at no extra charge
Costs scale with what you actually use — the model you pick, the size of the request, and settings like resolution, duration, and quality.

Free#
- 50 credits/month
- Code generation, community access, and publishing
- Basic 3D
- Standard generation speed
Pro ($39/month)#
- 3,000 credits/month
- Everything in Free, plus image, video, and 3D generation in Studio
- Custom domains
- Credit top-ups
- Priority generation
Max ($129/seat/month)#
- 12,000 credits/seat/month
- Everything in Pro
- Team collaboration and shared workspaces
- Multiple seats
Enterprise#
- Custom credit allocation
- Everything in Max, plus dedicated support and advanced security
- Tailored to your organization — get in touch for details
Pro and Max are also available on annual plans at a discount versus paying monthly.
Credit Top-Ups#
Need more credits before your next renewal? On paid plans you can buy additional credits in preset bundles (for example 100, 500, 1,500, 5,000, or 10,000), with a lower per-credit price as the bundle gets larger. Topped-up credits stack on top of your monthly allotment.
Running Low#
Omma warns you as your balance gets low so a long generation doesn't get cut off unexpectedly. If you run out mid-batch in Studio or Canvas, the outputs that already completed are kept.
Managing Your Subscription#
Upgrading#
Click the upgrade button in the app sidebar. You'll be redirected to checkout to select your plan and enter payment details.
Downgrading#
Open the billing portal via settings and select a lower plan. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation#
Cancel anytime through the billing portal. You keep your credits and access until the end of the billing period.
Payment Methods#
Supported payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards
- Bank transfers (select regions)
- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Invoices#
Access invoices and payment history through the billing portal, available in your account settings.
